Welcome to Silo Apparel
We’re a Minnesota-based boutique offering real clothing for real women living real lives.
Silo Apparel began in 2017 with a simple vision: to provide fashionable, fuss-free clothing for women of all shapes and sizes — pieces that feel good, look great, and fit into everyday life.
So, why the name Silo? When we moved to the area six years ago, we built our home on an old farmstead. Every morning, I’d look out my front door and see two beautiful, 100-year-old silos and weathered barns standing tall on our property. I instantly fell in love with the history, the character, and the stories those silos held — memories built by generations before us.
Three years later, that inspiration became the foundation for this business — a place rooted in authenticity, beauty, and timeless simplicity.
I'm a wife and momma to three beautiful girls — ages 12, 9, and 7 — and our loyal lab, Hank. If you’d asked me five years ago if this is where we’d be today, I would’ve laughed!
We’ve started a small hobby farm with mini Herefords, goats, sheep, chickens, and our two favorite horses, Willow and Dolly. We love God, homeschool our girls, and are so grateful for the simple, grounded life we’re building together.
When I’m not busy being a mom or farm wife, you’ll find us soaking up lake days and enjoying the outdoors as a family.
In 2020, we proudly partnered with Lakes Floral, Gift & Garden — a beloved floral and gift shop located in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Established in 1930, they’re a well-known name in the area, and if you're local, you likely know and love them too!
Thanks to this partnership, Silo Apparel is now available in-store 7 days a week, making it even easier for you to shop our styles in person. This opportunity has been such a blessing, and we’re excited for all that’s to come in the years ahead.
In 2022, we launched the Bracelet Bar — offering permanent jewelry to our customers!
It’s quickly become a favorite, and we love seeing the joy it brings. We offer claspless, custom-fit jewelry in 14k gold, sterling silver, and enamel chains — available as bracelets, necklaces, and anklets.
It’s a beautiful way to mark special moments or simply treat yourself to something timeless.
