SHIPPING

Fast Shipping Anywhere in the US! 

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order. Shipping times typically vary from 4 to 10 days and the packages we send are uninsured. Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Silo Apparel is not responsible for any stolen packages.

Note that you are responsible for entering the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages that are returned to Silo Apparel are subject to returned shipping fees.

 

USPS

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout using Silo's discounted rates. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. 

Silo Apparel is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Minnesota within 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been processed and shipped. 

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

Silo Apparel currently only ships within the United States. Stay tuned as the Silo Sister's are excited to expand!

 

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE:

All sale items purchased through Silo Apparel are final. Silo will not accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges on any final sale of clearance items.

 

DEFECTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please be sure to inspect your purchased items within 5 days of receiving your delivery for any defects or issues.

Report all defects and issues to Silo Apparel within that 5 day window, please be sure to include the order number and images/descriptions of the defect/issue.

Any item defects found after 5 days of receiving the shipment will be subject to a restocking fee to be returned.

Silo Apparel cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

 

RETURNS: 

**Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Silo Apparel Gift Card.** 

Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells/signs that the item has been worn/used, with all tags attached and all package slips included. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for Silo Apparel process your return once we receive it. 

Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, at our warehouse. 

For returned items past the 30 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 30 days starts from the day the package was received by the customer. 

**Shipping charges are not refundable. Silo Apparel is not responsible for returned shipping costs.**

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are only for the same style in a different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange will be possible.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The order item that you return must meet all of the return guidelines noted in the section above.

Please contact Silo's customer service at CustomerService@siloapparel.com. Please provide the order number as a reference and add "Exchange" in the subject line of the email.

Next, ship your return item back. Once we receive the returned item (please allow up to 7 business days for processing), we will ship out your new item in the new desired color or size.

If we are currently sold out of the desired size or color, we will be unable to process an exchange and will instead provide you with a digital Silo Apparel gift card.
